80150 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and rules governing the use of the 80150 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 80150 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 80150 platform.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. 80150 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time, with reasonable notice provided to users through platform channels.
Important Note: The 80150 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where online betting is not prohibited. Users bear full responsibility for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on 80150. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any existing balances.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- Full name, date of birth and valid contact details are required.
- Users must be at least 18 years of age.
- 80150 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
- Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
3. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 80150 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source and are held in their own name. 80150 does not accept third-party deposits.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established verification procedures. 80150 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals until identity verification is complete. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method and may be subject to the policies of the relevant bank or financial service provider.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to separately stated wagering requirements. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met. 80150 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of fraud or promotional abuse.
4. User Responsibilities and Liability Limitations
Users agree to use the 80150 platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action or account closure:
- Using automated software, bots or systems to interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Sharing, selling or transferring your account to another person.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or system loopholes for unauthorised gain.
- Violating any applicable Malaysian laws or regulations while using the platform.
80150 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures or unauthorised access by third parties. 80150's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Account Policies
Intellectual Property
All content on the 80150 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interface layouts, software and source code — is the exclusive property of 80150 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 80150.
Third-Party Links
The 80150 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. 80150 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
80150 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these terms, illegal activity, or a threat to platform security. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be refunded.
6. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
80150 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate tribunal or court.
